T007 router bits basic information:

About titanium coating for our chipbeaker plunge router bits:

• High hardness, which slows down the wear of the carbide router bit and improves its service life.
• Great heat dissipation performance, the cutting temperature generated by the rapid dissemination to reduce the cutting resistance of the CNC straight router bits, to protect the accuracy of it, increase its service life.
• High sliding property, wood chips and adhesive paper are not easy to stick on the cutter body, reducing cutting resistance.

Advantage for TCT cutting router bits:

1. Special 3-flutes with cross flutes cutter design: It is good at crushing and discharging wood chips, and has better cutting efficiency than ordinary 3-flutes bits for cutting plywood. At the same time, it also minimises resistance, making the CNC cutter bits more stable, suppression shaking and greatly reducing noise generated during processing,

Note: 

• The new series of TCT 1/2 router bits are made of very hard materials, so the workpiece must be clamped very firmly in collet, otherwise the cutting bits may break.
• The T007 with cross blade design is suitable for cutting but not for U- slot and brad point boring.
• Blade length must be 4mm higher than the thickness of plywood board.
