The automatic edge banding machine is widely used in the panel edge banding of the panel furniture, and its functions mainly include pre-milling, glue sealing, end cutting, rough trimming and fine trimming, corner trimming, scraping, buffing and other functions.

Trimming cutter is used to trim away the excess sealing material on the upper and lower part of the sealing strip of the processed plate to ensure that the edge of the board is flat and smooth. The fine trimming function uses an R shaped cutter, or what we call a fine trimming knife, to trim the curvature for the panel edging strips, and the fine trimming will also leave a margin of about 0.05mm for the scraping function.
